Rights
On March 11, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Greetings,
I am a representative of the Chicago, Illinois based band, Frank Bang and the Secret Stash. We would like to give permission to etree and the Internet Archive to collect and distribute our shows for royalty-free public use. The other band members and I hope that you will allow us to join the hundreds of other trade-friendly groups already participating in this vast music database. At this time, the group would prefer to review audience-uploaded shows before making them public. As long as the sound quality is approved by the band, we have no issues with allowing shows from all sources in any format. We would ask that any commercial release not be included among the band's shows.
